You may not use Instadraft to generate spam, misleading information, or content that violates any applicable laws. Reverse engineering the platform is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Instadraft is provided "as is." We are not liable for any SEO performance fluctuations or inaccuracies in generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
